There are many great architectural designs that have never reached their real potential because of incorrect material selection and failure to deliver the implementation to qualified people. That’s why we value the implementation part as much as the architectural design and keep it within our organization. One of the factors that make an architectural design accurate is the choice of materials to the correct forms. The suitability of the material is determined by that if it can be obtained from the immediate environment, be easily applicable and practical, qualified and cost-effective. Unnecessary and difficult to attain materials that are chosen for the sake of the trend towards aesthetics and popularity, inflates the budget for no good reason.

Mimari, ister bireysel ister ticari amaçlarla olsun, bir mekanı estetik ve fonksiyonellik açısından yorumlayarak kullanıcıların yaşamlarını daha iyi hale getirmeyi amaçlayan bir yatırımdır. Nice harika mekan tasarımı vardır ki üretim sürecinde yanlış malzeme seçimi, yanlış uygulama süreci  ve uygulamanın ehil kişilere teslim edilmemesi yüzünden asla gerçek potansiyeline ulaşamamıştır. Biz bu yüzden uygulamayı bünyemizde tutarak yapım aşamasına en az tasarım ve mimari projeler kadar önem veriyoruz. Bir mimari tasarımı doğru kılan etkenlerden biri de doğru formalara doğru malzeme seçimidir. Malzemenin uygunluğu, yakın çevreden alınabilecek olması, kolay uygulanabilir ve pratik olması, nitelikli olması ve maliyetidir, sırf estetik ve popülere olan eğilim uğruna seçilmiş zor ve gereksiz malzemeler boş yere şişirilmiş bütçe demektir.
